  1. StatusWeb provides a buffer or email collection service for newsletter subscriptions. By using the Service, you authorize StatusWeb to collect and process emails on your behalf for the purpose of subscribing to newsletters.
  2. StatusWeb may use artificial intelligence (AI), including but not limited to Anthropic technologies, to generate summaries or perform other tasks related to the Service.
  3. You understand and agree that StatusWeb may access, analyze, and process the content of emails collected through the Service to provide the intended functionality.

3. Payment Gateway

  1. StatusWeb uses Paypal for payments in USD. By making a payment through the Service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateways.
  2. StatusWeb does not store or process payment card information directly. All payment transactions are securely handled by Paypal, and StatusWeb does not have access to your payment details.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. The Service may contain content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, that is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to LaterOn or its licensors.
  2. You may not modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content obtained from the Service unless expressly authorized by StatusWeb.

5. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
